EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
TigTagTop take prides in making sure that all items are checked before mailing. In unlikely situations whereby a defect is found or incorrect sizes, we will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date.
Courier expenses will be at your own cost unless exceptional cases due to our responsibilities.
All exchanges will be done on a case by case basis.
Sales items/discounted items/items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchanges.
Please contact our online store directly for assistance if needed.
TicTagTop understands the importance of receiving satisfied purchase.
If the product has defects, kindly email to email@example.com with photos attached for exchange.
Exchange will be rejected if you fail to email us before mailing back.
All exchange items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact within 7 days from date of shipment. Sales and promotional-priced items are strictly non-refundable nor exchangeable.
For any incorrect sizing, there will be a complimentary free courier given to you on your first order.
Items that do not fulfils these criteria will be duly rejected, and the customer will have to bear the mailing back charges. We also reserve the right to refuse returns deemed inappropriate.
TicTagTop strictly do not accept exchanges for the following reason:
Incorrect purchase colour
Defects that do not affect the overall look or functionality of the item
Defects which might have been caused after washing or handling by customer
Slight variation in item due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
All on sales items are strictly non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
TipTagTop reserves the right to refuse returns for any merchandise not in resalable condition and reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our return policy.
Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
TigTagTop does not cover the cost of international returns. The actual shipping cost (both ways) will be deducted from the full amount if your parcel is eligible for a refund.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not TigTagTop.
TigTagTop is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned.
Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders that have been placed are not eligible for cancellation request. However for request of orders changes, you can email email@example.com to make any changes to your order within 24 hours. We are only able to change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, TicTagTop cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped.
Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped.
If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
All returns need to be made within 7 days after receiving the items. We suggest to check each product measurement in advance, to make sure the sizing is suitable, before making the purchase.
Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
